I use these tongs all the time since receiving them. They are one of the most useful kitchen items I have bought in quite a while. They are excellent for turning items on the grill, griddle, pan, etc. The heat resistant handles eliminate the need for hot pads. They make serving portions of things like hash browns much easier, being able to hold item securely from top and bottom. The only thing that would improve these tongs would be if they were self locking for storage. The velcro strap works well but I'm sure I will eventually lose it. I highly recommend these tongs.
