Received it. Packaging and instructions were fine. Easy removal light face from rubber housing, per the instructions on the back of the card that came attached to the hat. Size is great. I am follically challanged..ya know, bald. I have a dome circumference of 24inches/61cm. And this beanie fits perfectly. Not tight or restricting at all. I'm sure if you had hair, and a planitoid sized head as me, it would be fine. The Light, three settings, is activated with the push of the button. I plan on using this when the temps dip, and the dogs need a walk, or, for ice fishing and hiking.

I can’t speak to battery life because I didn’t wear it enough to run the battery down,, which i suppose says something in itself. The toboggan is extremely warm. As far as brightness I’d say it is what it is specified for in lumens. You can definitely see what you are looking at.

There aren't many types of headlamp beanie caps on the market. I liked that this one was at least from a US based company, even though its made in China. It also looked to have more thought put into the design compared to others. The light is plenty bright and I do not have a complaint yet after 4 days. It is also comfy, warm, and doesn't press too much on your ears like some beanie caps do.

We love these Beanies! They are Winter time perfect for dark time, or in the dark work, under house, attics, Barns@the Farm, under cars! I bought my husband 1 and ended up ordering 12 more for his friends. The Rechargeable feature is a no brainer, no more batteries!

Use everyday for Walking dogs early morning. Also for electrical at work for better view.

This is a great fitting hat and the light is very bright. It is great to have for early mornings or late nights. You don't need a flashlight to hold.

Light is bright. Thought it was expensive compared to others that have a longer battery life.

To remove battery, fold the edge of the hat down sharply. It is in a groove. I was trying to use a knife to pop it up but instead just fold edge down.

This puts out a lot of light and the rechargeable feature is really nice. It is really nice for gearing up for morning hunts at my truck and breaking down after the evening hunt.
